## what was checked

- the official pricing, help and terms pages listed in `looka-partial-v0.1.json`
- an unauthenticated access request from the research environment
- the current package and format statements published by Looka

the access request returned a Cloudflare challenge with HTTP 403. the challenge was not bypassed. no account was created, no payment was made and no product output was generated.

## publication boundary

Looka's published terms state that unpaid designs may not be used or copied and that the service may not be accessed through automated means. this is a record of the operational boundary, not a legal judgement.

no unpaid design, interface screenshot or export is stored in this repository. package formats, prices and brand-kit scope are source-backed statements only. they are marked not independently verified and receive no benchmark points.

## confidence

confidence is low. the product workflow, output quality, editing controls, paid exports and brand-kit delivery were not independently tested. the open evidence slots preserve all 6 canonical briefs for a later owner-approved review without changing the benchmark architecture.
